I turned off all my Add-Ons and loaded only the basic ElvUI and the basic TitanPanel and can confirm that it is a conflict between only those two.
Any time I attempt to right click the world map or the TitanPanel bar, I get an error that states something was attempting to index a local 'button' and that it was a nil value. I've recently run into a situation involving ElvUI and TitanPanel.
