I understand that most people hate the black ice mod for hearts 4 to the point where they discourage people from even trying it. The way difficulty sliders work in the game doesn't help this frustration either. I have been enjoying the planing/designing side of the game (divisions, ships, focueses, army placements etc.) especially in early game but most of the times my campaign ends before reaching 1944 because I can't get over how borderline boring the actual 'war' part is so I just quit the campaign once things start unrealistically stock-piling (for example having extreme amount of divisions or unrealistic amount of ships etc.) which together with the simplistic planing make the war just a matter of time. So I am fairly new to irons 4 (368 hours clocked as of today) without prior experience from HOI 3.
